To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EKO B.V., its directors, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

For consumers residing in the European Union, you may also submit complaints through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This does not affect your right to bring proceedings before the courts.

12. Termination
